Confidentiality is Mandatory
Confidentiality is mandatory: What is shared in the group stays in the group. Do not discuss, screenshot, record, or share details about other members' stories outside the group (including with friends, family, or on social media). This builds trust, especially important in veteran communities dealing with sensitive topics like PTSD, trauma, or personal struggles.
Respect one another
Everyone has a different point of view so feel free to respectfully disagree. Please be kind and courteous at all times.
No harassment of any kind
Bullying, targeting, or attacking a member of this group is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
No Crisis Intervention
No crisis intervention in the group—use professional resources The group is for peer support and connection, not therapy or emergency help.
